Our Engineers can configure these machines to pull off or pay off the coil in either direction. We ensure the correct drive power and sprocket ratios are supplied and all linear speed calculations are correct before installation. Our control systems incorporate power switching, command/status devices, emergency stops and guard monitoring in full compliance with the relevant Safety Standards. Additionally, we ensure a correctly specified PLC CPU with the required I/O and any special modules.
