Suitable for light to heavy gauge coils the Uncoilers are available for a large range of coil widths and weights.

We supply and install stand alone Uncoiler, Decoiler, Coil Feeder and Dewinder Equipment for seamless integration into existing production lines. We can supply and install full turnkey compliant automated metal working production lines.

We can also supply them configured to run in a pay off application with the drive devices fitted to unwind the coil. Our Electrical and Mechanical Engineers here at Global Tools & Machines ensure that the correct Drive Power and Sprocket Ratios are suplied and that all Linear Speed calculations are absolutely correct for your applicaion, before delivery to you.

Inclusive in our Electrical Control System for Coil Handling & Feeding Equipment is that the Control System incorporates power switching, command/status devices, emergency stops and guard monitoring in full compliance with AS4024.1-2006. Additionally, in conjunction with our suppliers, we ensure a correctly specified PLC CPU with the required I/O and any special modules.

Safety
It goes without saying that each Metal Stamping Press production line is subjected to our risk and hazard analysis so that safety integrity is absolute. Isolation of all Safety Critical Functions are Engineered in accordance with the relevant Australian Standards.

All of our Metal Stamping Press machines are fitted with a Dual Clutch & Brake Valve (also known as a Total Dynamic Monitored Cross Flow Double Valve) made by Ross USA and includes status monitoring, mechanical lockout and remote reset, which conforms to Australian Standards AS1219 and AS4024.1-2006.

All guarding, emergency stops and guard monitoring switches are in full compliance with AS4024.1-2006.
